MemoriesItalian marsala veal was always a favourite
recipe for special dinner parties. It is not an Italian dish
for big parties, which was mostly how Mama entertained. It was
one of the first dishes I served up for intimate dinner parties
with friends when I was first married. It never failed to
impress. Simple but tasty.
